With more than 50 years experience, the co***ny maintained steady paces with advanced enterprise management ideas and deployed ERP system in the first place. As we followed ISO 9001:
2008 QM system strictly, we have succeeded in effective quality control, making our products much better than other similar products in the same field no matter co***red in design, material, manufacture,performance, or quality.
According to the market demand, we're keeping on researching and developing new products. We were the firsts ti satisfy our customers with series, ancillary and practical services. Many of our products' appearances have been state patented. We are now selling our products to Southeastern Asia, Europe and America. Our series products include: plastic transfer container, plastic air proofed bucket, plastic furniture and houseware series, plastic shells& components for car, motorcycle, machine manufacturing, and plastic shutter, ventilate shutter, gutter for constructors, plastic modules for sports equipments, plastic rehabilitation products and other hundreds of products. Our approximate manufacture capacity is more than 8000 tons per year.
At present, we have obtained ISO09001:2008 qualification from SGS, ETL qualification ( equal to UL qualification ) from ITS, state issued Quality Licence for the Export Products, Licence of Sanitation, and a few state patent licenses.
More than manufacturing self developed products, we are cooperating with many famous co***nies with ancillary services, customized development, and OEM. We're using materials covers PP, PE, PS, ABS, HIPS, PVC, PA6, PA66, POM, blended and modified/reinforced/fiber-added/weather-resistant/flame-retardant (grade 94-V0)/anti-static and other specialized high performance materials.
